Course description
The course is aimed at providing the required knowledge regarding Swedish law and ethics on the use of animals for scientific purposes to persons who plan to work with laboratory animal models.
After completion of this course, the students should be able to meet the defined learning outcomes as set out in the EU Education and Training Framework, specifically for the modules 1 to 2. In summary, participants will acquire knowledge on laws and regulations, ethics, animal welfare and the 3Rs of animals used in science in Sweden.
