Course description

The current field of high throughput genomic technologies can be vast and difficult to approach. This beginners course will give you the basics in Next Generation Sequencing with bioinformatics. We will mix fundamental concepts with seminars on various techniques used today and how to analyze the generated data.

The main goal of this course is to give you the understanding on which technology to use and why.
