Course description
The course "Mass Spectrometry based Proteomics: When and How" is a 2-week course designed for PhD students or those at an equivalent level who wish to gain comprehensive knowledge about mass spectrometry based proteomics. This course will offer a wide-ranging introduction to the field of mass spectrometry based proteomics, benefiting newcomers while also delving into the advantages and disadvantages of various methods to provide more experienced users with substantial insights.
Requirements and Selection
Prerequisite courses, or equivalent
While no specific prerequisite courses are necessary for this program, a basic understanding at the university level of molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and omics technologies is recommended to fully benefit from the course.

Selection will be based on:
1) the relevance of the course syllabus for the applicant’s individual study plan/research (according to written motivation).
