Improving Use of Medicine, Focusing on Antibiotics

Course description

This course will help participants to understand, discuss and apply key concepts of use of medicines in health systems in countries on different income levels, with a focus on rational use and improving use of medicines. To exemplify this, antibiotic use and the global growing threat of antibiotic resistance will be used.


Participants will have opportunities to exchange knowledge and experience throughout the lectures in the course. Further opportunities for networking will be provided during group assignments with other participants in a multicultural and multidisciplinary context.
